This morning we found another ground hog in a cage outside on Elly's property. He looked really old and FAT!! This is number three for the collection. The guy who gets these guys is really nice. He takes them "AWAY" and places them somewhere else around New Castle. I have started to feel kinda bad for these guys because they have been here for so long. I wonder if the latest catch is a dad or a mom, or a brother or sister. but then they have been, like my momma says "eating the best flowers and produce for years". So I guess their time is up. Sorry guys. Also a bird flew into the porch today and I spent about 15 minutes trying to get it out.
Sam, I have to admit that, before I read your text, I thought that the "blob" on the screen was a groundhog. I'm thinking, how does a little bitty groundhog get on to a screen...read the text, now I understand.
ReplyDeleteI have no regret for the hogs, no matter where they go, they will be well fed, fat and happy. Let them eat some other greens for awhile.
take them to dobinsville and they will be eaten!
ReplyDeleteI thought the bird was a groundhog that he had tossed into the alley
